Brasserie Max's Saketini – Recipe
For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.
Saketini
Yields one serving
30ml gin – opt for a crisp gin variety
15ml Lillet Blanc – a light, herbal fortified wine
15ml sake – preferably a delicate, balanced sake
Pour the gin, Lillet Blanc, and sake into a shaker, toss in plenty of ice cubes and stir for 30 seconds to chill well. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
